Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Time
- Delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Rangrani Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged during delivery, please take photos before opening it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at rangrani.care@gmail.com.
Exchange & Replacement
We offer a 14-day Exchange and Replacement Policy from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only in the form of Store Credit. Cash refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.
