Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided below and mention your order number.

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Returns

A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The customer must provide the order details and necessary proof of purchase.
  • Products that are damaged due to customer handling, washing, alteration or improper use will not be eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us promptly after delivery.

Please provide your order details along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Please do not send a product back without contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable. The time required for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Any applicable shipping, handling or other non-refundable charges will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

Exchange

Where applicable and subject to product availability, an exchange may be offered for eligible products.

Exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Products may not be eligible for return where:

  • The product has been used, worn, washed or altered.
  • The original tags have been removed.
  • The product has been damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
